How listings work

Clear enough to build a useful shortlist.

Aquarium Service Finder is an independent research directory. The current directory was most recently expanded on August 8, 2026 and contains 135 active provider businesses across 28 U.S. city and regional directories.

What a listing requires

What “not confirmed” means

It does not mean the provider cannot perform that service. It means the reviewed source did not establish it. Providers and customers should verify capabilities and availability directly.

Ordering and payment

Organic results are not ranked by payment. Future sponsorships or enhanced profiles must be visibly disclosed and will not alter the factual inclusion standard.

Before hiring

Confirm licensing or insurance where applicable, experience with your exact aquarium type, visit frequency, emergency coverage, pricing, travel fees, and whether the provider is currently accepting clients.

Help keep a listing accurate

Contact details and service descriptions can change. If you spot something inaccurate, suggest a correction. Submissions are reviewed before a listing changes. If a local aquarium-service business is missing, you can also suggest a provider.
